- Formed our Family Service
- Opened new offices at Maryfield
- Sourced Funding
- Provided Travel Insurance
- Provided Health Insurance
- Obtained Charitable Status
- Employed Full-time staff

- Increase our membership
- Increase awareness of the Association
- Provide information and help to the wider Police Family about matters affecting them.
- Increase the number of Local Branches to encourage Social Inclusion.
- Form and maintain partnerships with other Organisations which will be of benefit to our members.
